Overview

Sutton Inclusion Centre currently operates as a resource centre exclusively for people with learning disabilities & multiple needs. In agreement with Sutton Clinical Commissioning Group (Sutton CCG) the Council is proposing to extend the use of the Centre to all people with disabilities and complex needs in Sutton, the new vision for the Centre is:

A resource centre and community hub for adults and young people in Sutton who have disabilities or complex needs

Sutton Council is consulting about:

  • extending the use of Sutton Inclusion Centre for all people with disabilities and complex needs in Sutton
  • charges for the use of rooms and equipment at Sutton Inclusion Centre

Why your views matter

We want your views about:

  • the proposal to extend the use of Sutton Inclusion Centre for all people with disabilities and complex needs in Sutton;
  • how reasonable the proposed charges are;
  • the opening times for the Centre, in particular your views about opening in the evenings & weekends.

 

Your views are important to help us make the best use of the specialist facilities available at the Centre in the future.

What happens next

After the consultation process is closed we will:

  • collate the information you and other peole have given us;
  • feedback the outcome of the consultation to individuals and organisations who are know to have responded to the consultaiton.

    This event is specifically for the people who access the specialist healthcare services for people with learning disabilities at the Centre, and the specialist healthcare providers.

    This event is open to all people who might want to use the facilities at the Center in the future and their carers, as well as organisations that might want to use the facilities to provide services and create opportunities for people with disabilities at the Centre.
