Do you want to help make changes for the better?
Do you have an opinion about our services that you would love to share with us?
Do you want to be involved in helping us to make changes to the services that we provide to SHP residents?
Then join our Resident Voice Panel and be part of an online group of residents who give us their views on a range of topics. That might be something to do with new or existing services or work, or broader issues that we would welcome your feedback on throughout the year.
Whether you live in a house, flat, maisonette, or independent living accommodation, we want to hear your views, opinions, and ideas. Your feedback will help us improve our services for all SHP residents.
Registering is quick and easy, all we need is your email address, and where you live.
What will I do as a Panel member?
As a panel member, you will receive a monthly email with two topics for your feedback. This could be a new policy, a consultation about a new idea or project or questions about how a specific service is performing. All you need to do is answer a few short questions about the topic, with an opportunity for you to elaborate where you want to.
We will hold one in-person event a year, for Panel members to come together and connect.
Participation is flexible and feedback can be shared through online surveys and engagement activities.
