Sutton Housing Partnership Resident Voice Panel is an online group of residents who have agreed to give their views on a range of topics including current work, new or existing services, or broader issues that we may require your feedback on throughout the year.
The panel will be broadly representative of the Sutton Housing Partnership population to ensure that we hear a diverse range of voices.
Participation is flexible—share your views through online surveys and engagement activities when it suits you. While the role is voluntary, we offer quarterly prize draws with a chance to win up to £250 as a thank-you for your contributions.

Parking Issues
You said - Sutton Court residents have voiced concerns with regards to the number of parking spaces available on the estate, which often leads to inconsiderate parking
We did - UKPC has confirmed they can implement an ANPR system, and initial discussions regarding its suitability have already started. The goal is to have the system in place by April 2025 at the latest.
Communications
You said - Residents who live in SHP houses do not have notice boards, where would you find information on Housing Managers and updates for SHP residents
We did - We have our digital Homefront that you can sign up to which is our newsletter for residents. All information on housing managers can also be found on our website
Onboarding New Tenants
You said - New tenants and leaseholders should be provided with a handbook and inducted in what is happening locally in their community as currently they do not receive anything
We did - A handbook is provided which has insight into many local opportunities. We are currently in the process of creating a new handbook for all tenants based on resident feedback
