Tell Us Survey 2026: Transition & Care Experienced (Ages 16–25)

Overview

Are you aged 16 to 25 and leaving care in Sutton?

Whether you are preparing to move out, living in semi-independent housing, staying put with a foster carer, or already living on your own as a care leaver, this survey is for you.

Your feedback directly shapes how we support you with finding a home, managing your money, looking after your health, and reaching your career goals.

You said,  we did:

Last year, you told us you needed better housing options and more help learning to live on your own.

Because of your feedback, we added more KickStart supported housing, created more pathways to independent living, and launched extra support from your personal advisors!
