The Council is looking into how we can improve online access for residents and professionals to details on local services, information and advice.

We would like to talk to residents about how they are currently looking for services that are available in the borough. We would also like to discuss a few of the initial ideas we have on how to make this easier.

We would like to invite residents to take part in one of these research sessions. Each session lasts one hour and takes the form of a video call, for which we use Google Meet. In the session, the User Researcher will talk to you about the subjects outlined above, and another member of our team may be present to take notes or to observe. We would also like to record the session, but you can opt out of that if you wish to do so.

You do not have to do anything to prepare except for making sure you have a good internet connection.

Sessions will take place between Monday 25 January 2021 and 19 February 2021.
