Tell Us Survey (under 16s)
Overview
Welcome to the Tell Us Survey 2026!
If you are a child or young person looked after by Sutton, this survey is for you. We want to hear all about your life, where you live, your school, your hobbies, and how adults support you.
You Said, Sutton Did:
Last year, you told us you wanted to stay closer to your friends and schools, and that you wanted more fun activities in Sutton. Because of your feedback, we’ve created more local places to live and added new community activities!
🎁 Win 1 of 5 £50 Love2Shop Vouchers!
To say thank you for taking part, everyone who completes the survey can enter our prize draw to win one of five £50 Love2Shop e-vouchers! We will use your email address (or your carer’s/social worker's email if listed) to send your prize code if you win.
Important Things to Know:
-
It’s your choice: You do not have to answer any question you don’t want to.
-
It is private: We won't share your exact answers with your name attached unless you tell us something that means you or someone else isn't safe.
-
It takes about 10–15 minutes to finish.
Thank you for helping us make Sutton an even better place to live and grow up!
