Overview

We aim for our libraries to be the focal point of communities providing accessible, relevant and enjoyable services which enhance the quality of life for residents, and open up opportunities for education, employment and participation in the cultural and community life of the borough.

In order to do this, we want to understand how residents are using our libraries; what services are most popular, which services could be enhanced, and what services residents would like to see more of in their local libraries.
