Your views of childcare in Sutton - parent/carer survey 2026

Overview

If you have a child or children aged 0 to 14 years (or 18 if your child has a special educational need or disability) then please complete this questionnaire by Wednesday 30th September 2026.

Your response will help the London Borough of Sutton to ensure that families have access to flexible childcare that meets their childcare needs.

For the purpose of this survey, 'childcare' refers to paid-for provision, where an adult provides supervised care for a child. This could or could not be an Ofsted registered provision, for example a childminder, day nursery, pre-school, after school club or holiday scheme. 

This questionnaire is anonymous and is being administered by Sutton's Family Information Service. Results will be presented to the London Borough of Sutton, but no-one will be able to identify you from your responses to these questions.
