Adult Day Opportunities Survey
Overview
Sutton Council is carrying out a review of the day opportunities for adults in Sutton.
Day Opportunities are community-based services, activities and opportunities that support people with disabilities, mental health conditions, or older people and their families and carers, to live fulfilling lives by providing social contact and activities during the day. These services can improve health and wellbeing and help people to stay independent as long as possible.
We would be grateful if you could share your experiences and your ideas for improvement.
Your input will be collated and may be shared anonymously with service providers and others to inform the Council’s priorities for market development.
