Licensing Act 2003 Policy Review

Overview

The London Borough of Sutton as Licensing Authority is currently reviewing its policy made under section 5 (1) of the Licensing Act 2005. The current policy has been in place since January 2010 and must be reviewed at least every 5 years.

Why your views matter

The consultation process will begin on 28th June 2013 and finish on 6th September 2013.  All comments must be received by 6th September 2013, any comments received after this will not be considered.

At the end of the consultation period a report will be put to the Licensing Committee to consider any responses received.  The final amendments to the policy will then be put before Council for adoption.
