Sutton SEND Reform Plan Questionnaire

Overview

The Department for Education's new paper, Every Child Achieving and Thriving, says that all local areas must create a Local SEND Reform Plan. 

Sutton Council is leading the development of the SEND Reform Plan for the London Borough of Sutton. 

It is a joint plan with key partners (health, social care, education, childcare) and, most importantly, with children, young people, and their families. 

To help us develop the plan for Sutton, we’re asking parents and carers of children and young people with SEND to share their views using the form below.
