Parent/Carer Survey: Confidence in SEND Support

Overview

This survey is about parent/carer confidence in the support offered to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within mainstream schools in Sutton. A mainstream school is a school which is for all pupils, not just those with Special Educational Needs.

This survey is for parent/carers of all children and young people with SEND or suspected SEND. If more than one of your children has SEND, please complete separate surveys for each child. 

The information you provide will help us to understand how parents and carers feel about current practices and identify areas where further support may be needed.
