Library User Survey

Overview

Sutton Council has to find up to £40 million worth of savings from its annual budget in the next five years, in addition to the £32 million already saved since 2011.

In common with other Council services, the Library Service is reviewing everything it does.

To do this, we want to understand how you are using Sutton’s libraries: which services are most popular, which services should be prioritised and importantly, how we could save money going forward.

By participating in this survey you will be helping to shape the future of Sutton’s libraries over the coming years.

The survey should take no more than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.  Responses to the survey are anonymous and will not be passed on to third parties.
