Overview

In response to changes in the law, the Council is consulting with residents and stakeholders on possible changes to the Housing Allocations Policy and the development of a Tenancy Strategy for the borough.

Why your views matter

Following stage 1 of the consultation, we have developed a range of options in relation to both a revised housing allocation policy and a new tenancy strategy for the borough.  These are set out in the attached 'Policy Options Consultation' document.  We are seeking your views on the various policy options.
